Our solution for the automated assembly of high-precision products was developed and delivered several years ago. Since then, we have worked closely with our customer to continuously improve the system. We remain readily available for questions, optimisations, and support. Thanks to this close cooperation, we recently started the joint development of a new system for even faster assembly of a new generation of products.

Our customer required a solution that met strict demands for accuracy, traceability, and flexibility.
The process involved assembling sensitive products in an ISO 5 cleanroom environment. Manual assembly lacked the necessary precision due to the complexity and required micrometre accuracy.
Together with the customer, we performed an in-depth analysis of the process requirements, desired flexibility, and operator interaction.
